1. Overview of 3.0M TVRO Antenna
Antesky ATSK-300CS-RB or ATSK-300KS-RB 3.0-Meter is a aluminum parabolic prime focus antenna, reliable antenna system that will operate at C-band / Ku-band frequencies with high efficiency and at the same time successfully withstand the effects of the environment. This antenna adopts reflector which consist of precisely formed aluminum plate with matched back structures and hub assemblies for the easy installation. The reflector is supported by a galvanized steel kingpost that provides the required stiffness for pointing and tracking accuracy, and it can be installed on the ground or rooftop.
2. Key Features and production technology of 3.0M TVRO Antenna
Features:
- Parabolic receive only antenna with front feed;
- Single kingpost type pedestal;
- Manual adjustment;
- High gain, low sidelobe, high cross-isolation;
- C/Ku band, linear/circular polarization.
Process:
- The antenna reflectoris stretched and molded by aluminum sheet to ensure the high precision of the antenna reflector.
- Three test methods are used to ensure high-quality delivery of antennas: reflectoraccuracy test, assembly test, electrical performance test.
- Pre-treatment: antenna panel cleaning and degreasing; steel structure parts are zinc-blasted, sand-blasted or hot-dip galvanized.
- Surface treatment: apply zinc yellow primer first, then white topcoat, double protection, improve antenna anti-corrosion ability.

Reflector material
Antesky 3.0m Prime focus antenna reflector is strecth forming by adopting superior aluminum material with 3mm thickness. Its back structure adopts the same material, which can improve the rigidity of antenna reflector through revieting craft and protect the antenna from wind resistance and force impulsion, also it can assure the antenna accuracy so that antenna aligning satellite more reliably and stablely.
High-strength Antenna pedestal
The pedestal of Antesky 3.0m Prime focus antenna adopts Elevation over Azimuth design, and the steel of Az and kingpost are formed by welding the steel plate with 16mm thickness. Thick baseplate of antenna pedestal will strengthen the wind resistance and extend the lifetime of antenna.
Antenna back structure
The back strcutures of Antesky 3.0m Antenna adopt 12 pieces superior steel plate with hollow design, which are connected with reflectors through 4 bolts up and down. This design can assure the antenna performs stablely even under strong wind.
