Phased Array Antenna: Advantage, principle and classification
This 3.7m antenna adopts full aluminium molding technology, panel accuracy reaches 0.5mm(RMS) and antenna weight is only 68kg that equals to one third of regular antenna.
Depends on customer requirement, L/X, S/X, C/X, L/C band dual feed antenna are all available. Of which, L/X band dual feed antenna has been exported to Norway once, and X band bandwidth is 700MHz which can receive data info from EOS/MODIS, NOAA, TERRA and FY-1-2-3 remote sensing satellite.
Advantages of X/Y mount without balance compared to A/Z mount: well appearance, light weight(only 650kg), compact structure, simple processing, locking target closely which suitable for polar orbit satellite earth station.
