The fixed antenna system is mainly composed of antenna main body including panel, back structure, sub-reflector, feed network, azimuth and elevation device, antenna control system(motorized antenna apply) and fastener accessories.
You can maintain earth station antenna mainly from the following aspects.
- Maintenance of antenna feed film
The main check is whether it is cracked or deformed. If it is cracked or deformed, please replace it in time. When replacing it, please use PTFE membrane. Check once a year.
- Cleaning and repainting of antenna surface; once a year
- Maintenance of antenna AZ and ELjackscrew
The inspection cycle of AZ and EL jackscrew is once a year, and an appropriate amount of grease is applied every year
- Maintenance of the left and right lugs of the antenna, and the connection of the El jackscrew and hub
Check once a year, just apply appropriate amount of grease.
- Maintenance of inclined support leg bolts,foundation bolts, AZ jackscrew connection bolts
All the bolts are mainly checked for the following two points: one is to check for rust; the other is to ensure that the foundation bolts are in a fastened state. Check and apply grease once a year.
- Other maintenance- maintenance of cables and connectors
- Check whether the cables are damaged and whether the connectors are loose. Please replace or tighten in time once a year.
