Today we will highlight on the package details. As you know for such equipment, budget is crucial and limited. That is why compact package and lower-cost shipping are attached more importance. Antesky is willing to make some improvements according to clients’ demand each time. We design 2 types of packages for different components to keep antenna in good condition during transportation and save space in container.
Usually, plywood case and solid wood case with steel structure inside are used for packing such vital antenna components which is inclined to affect the electrical performance like main reflector, sub-reflector, feed horn, fasteners, back structure and foundation.
And for hub, kingpost, kingpost inclined support legs, AZ drive mechanism, we fixed them with steel bracket firstly and then wrapping tarpaulin and poly sacks outside. So you do not need to worry about the damage and bending during transportation. Also these can be easier to be unloaded by forklift when arrived.
Normally a total set of 6.2meter antenna need 1 ×20GP plus 1 ×40HQ for shipped delivery. While after we update and optimize the package, 1×40HQ is enough for loaded and below is the antenna loaded on 40HQ container for reference.
