1. Order arrangement
- Assign production tasks to the factory to ensure the delivery date as per contract, and notify the customer of the estimated delivery date via email
- Set up an salesperson’s order confirmation and everyone can view the project content they are responsible for.
2. Goods production and renewal
- Two weeks after the goods are produced, the customer will be informed of the progress
- If the production of the goods takes a long time, the customer will be notified by email every two weeks.
3. Notes on delivery and inspection
- After the goods(satellite antennas) are produced, if there is any testing, take photos and inform the customer. From below you can see that we are testing some flyaway antennas on our site.

b. After the delivery time is confirmed, the customer will be notified via email
c. Communicate with the freight forwarder about pickup time and prepare shipping information
d. After the goods are packed or picked up by the freight forwarder, we take photos and organize them to notify the customer that they have been shipped.

e. After entering the warehouse, promptly follow up with the freight forwarder to send back photos to confirm whether the goods are in good condition;

4. Cargo transportation status report
- After the goods are on board or take off, inform the customer of the ETA
- After getting the bill of lading or waybill, inform the customer that the ship has sailed, update the ETA again; and send a complete set of customs clearance documents. Here client are highly praised our detailed documents, which will make customs clearance faster and easier.
5. Goods arrival report
- After the goods arrive(satellite antenna system), we will contact the freight forwarder and notify the customer to pay attention customs clearance of the goods.
- Two weeks after the goods arrive at the port, we will ask the customer whether the goods have arrived at the installation site, whether they have been installed, and whether they need help during the installation process.
- Remind customers of the maintenance cycle of the satellite antenna, which requires maintenance after one year of use. Customers will be reminded to perform maintenance every year thereafter.
