We collected there are totally 4 steps for assemble the whole antenna system.

Step 1 Tripod adjustment of 1.2m motorized flyaway antenna

Expand legs and fasten locking belt, then lift up the AZ locking handle.

Step 2 Motorized pedestal assemble of 1.2m motorized flyaway antenna

Insert the pedestalconnection shaft into the tripod mount, then pull down the azimuth locking handle to the limited position, and unscrew the feed base cover.

Step 3 Feed assemble of 1.2m motorized flyaway antenna

Remove the feed cover from the feed lock nut, insert the feed limit into the connection plate, lock connection plate with the feed lock nut.

Step 4 8 petals of panels assemble of 1.2m motorized flyaway antenna

Firstly take out the No. 1 panel and fasten knob to assemble ,then assemble the remaining 7 panels in turn. Finally fix firmly the two adjacent antenna panels with the locking buckle.

This is 2 sets of antennas after assembled and power cable connected.

Also from above, you can see an customized BUC bracket beside of motorized pedestal, which is a reserved size as per client request.
