Phased Array Antenna: Advantage, principle and classification
In March, we posted an article about introduction of Antesky new and upgrade anti-ice system. After reading this blog, one client found us and ordered 2 sets of TVRO antennas that is 1 set of 3.7m manual TVRO antenna and 1 set of 3.7m motorized antenna, both are equipped with Antesky newly anti-ice system. This month client received those 3.7m TVRO antennas and finished installation, they told us that signal is good. Here they shared us various photos.
From below figure 1, you can find that Antesky Anti-ice System is mainly composed of deicing control unit, outdoor junction box, reflector heating unit and related cables and accessories. Now we have done some product upgrades to make the product more efficient during icing removing.

As you can see that client are installing 3.7m TVRO antenna with anti-ice system equipped on their site.

This is 3.7m manual TVRO antenna. The customer is processing the edge part of the panel anti-ice heating film.

These antennas are finished installation. They got perfect signal after testing and pointing to the satellite.

- High Precision Reflectors
Antesky antenna reflectors all adopt stretched craft, each of which must be assembled following the corresponding Mark and fixed with specified position pin to assure the reflector accuracy.
- High-strength and Highly Rigid Antenna
Factors such as static load on the reflective surface, wind load, and temperature adaptability will cause structural deformation, thereby affecting the antenna accuracy and electrical performance. In order to improve the accuracy and stability of the antenna, the Antesky antenna base, back structure, hub, etc. have been structurally analyzed and specially designed to reduce structural deformation.
- High wind resistance and high earthquake resistance
In order to improve the accuracy of the reflector and the wind and earthquake resistance of the antenna, the back structure, tie rods, and sub-reflector brackets of the Antesky antenna are all designed with round steel tubes that require high precision, and positioning pins are used at key positions. The structural design of the antenna support part, AZ and El Jackscrew ensures that the entire TVRO&VSAT antenna structure is safer and more stable.
