1. Overview of 2.4M VSAT Dish
Antesky ATSK-240CST/ATSK-240KST 2.4-Meter is a aluminum parabolic prime focus antenna, reliable antenna system that will operate at C-band / Ku-band frequencies with high efficiency and at the same time successfully withstand the effects of the environment. This antenna adopts reflector which consist of precisely formed aluminum plate with matched back structures and hub assemblies for the ease of installation. The reflector is supported by a galvanized steel kingpost that provides the required stiffness for pointing and tracking accuracy, and it can be installed on the ground or rooftop.
2. Key Features and production technology of 2.4M VSAT Dish
Features:
- Parabolic receive only antenna with front feed;
- Single kingpost type pedestal;
- Manual adjustment;
- High gain, low sidelobe, high cross-isolation;
- C/Ku band, linear/circular polarization.
Process:
- The antenna reflectoris stretched and molded by aluminum sheet to ensure the high precision of the antenna reflector.
- Three test methods are used to ensure high-quality delivery of antennas: reflectoraccuracy test, assembly test, electrical performance test.
- Pre-treatment: antenna panel cleaning and degreasing; steel structure parts are zinc-blasted, sand-blasted or hot-dip galvanized.
- Surface treatment: apply zinc yellow primer first, then white topcoat, double protection, improve antenna anti-corrosion ability.
