3.7-meter C/Ku earth station antenna, which uses a shaped parabolic reflector, provides high gain and exceptional pattern characteristics as well as low VSWR. The panels are made of stretch-formed aluminum sheet and riveted on the precise mould; such structure has the characteristics of higher accuracy and strong rigidity. The reflector is supported by a galvanized steel fixed or motorizable pedestal that provides the required stiffness for pointing and tracking accuracy, and it can be installed on the ground or rooftop. High Precision Reflectors
Antenna reflector accuracy is one of the important specifications of satellite earth station antenna, which affects antenna radiation pattern, gain and surface efficiency directly, even decides the whole antenna performance in a sense. Antesky antenna reflectors all adopt stretched craft, each of which must be assembled following the corresponding Mark and fixed with specified position pin to assure the reflector accuracy.
High-strength and Highly Rigid Antenna
The factors of refelctor dead load, wind loading, temperature adaptability would lead to structure deformation so that affects the antenna accuracy and electrical performance . To increase the antenna accuracy and stability, Antesky antenna pedestal, back structure and hub etc. all pass structural analysis and adopt special design to decrease structure deformation.
High Wind Resistance & High Anti-Seismic
To improve the reflector accuracy and antenna wind&seismic resistance, Antesky antenna back structure, pull rod and sub-reflector bracket all adopt round steel pipe design with higher accuracy requirements and position pin at key positions. The structural design of antenna support part, AZ and El Jackscrew assure the whole antenna structure safer and more stable.
