1. Overview of 3.7M Rx Antenna
Antesky ATSK-370CSR or ATSK-370KS-R 3.7-Meter is a aluminum parabolic prime focus antenna, reliable antenna system that will operate at C-band / Ku-band frequencies with high efficiency and at the same time successfully withstand the effects of the environment. This antenna adopts reflector which consist of precisely formed aluminum plate with matched back structures and hub assemblies for the easy installation. The reflector is supported by a galvanized steel kingpost that provides the required stiffness for pointing and tracking accuracy, and it can be installed on the ground or rooftop.
2. Key Features and production technology of 3.7M Rx Antenna
Features:
- Parabolic receive only antenna with front feed;
- Single kingpost type pedestal;
- Manual adjustment;
- High gain, low sidelobe, high cross-isolation;
- C/Ku band, linear/circular polarization.
Process:
- The antenna reflectoris stretched and molded by aluminum sheet to ensure the high precision of the antenna reflector.
- Three test methods are used to ensure high-quality delivery of antennas: reflectoraccuracy test, assembly test, electrical performance test.
- Pre-treatment: antenna panel cleaning and degreasing; steel structure parts are zinc-blasted, sand-blasted or hot-dip galvanized.
- Surface treatment: apply zinc yellow primer first, then white topcoat, double protection, improve antenna anti-corrosion ability.
High Precision Reflectors
Antesky sector reflector selects raw material of rust-proof aluminum LY12M with 2mm thickness to stretch as formed panels, adopt riveting technology for back rib plates, and panels are circumferentially connected with hub and backup struts, as well as do the panels testing process strictly. The structure is so designed that the rigidity and strength as well as high accuracy of surface can be obtained to 0.25 R.M.S.
High Wind Resistance & High Anti-Seismic
Antesky adopt the technology process of reflector stretching and riveting, reliable connection between each panel, stable support structure for the reflector, strong steel-welded cylinder hub and kingpost, which can not only assure the requirements for the antenna surface accuracy, and also assure the antenna wind-resistance and anti-seismic.
High-strength and highly rigid antenna
Antesky antennas are all designed and manufactured with high quality aluminum and steel materials. The antenna reflectors can bear two persons to stand on, so the installers can stand on the antenna reflectors without any worry during installation and debugging.
High Anti-Corrosion Performance
There are 4 steps to deal with the antenna anti-corrosion
Step 1: Remove oil and rust, polish
Step 2: Thermal-spraying zinc
Step 3: Paint epoxy primer with yellow color
Step 4: Special surface coating with white color
