4.5M VSAT Antenna, which uses a shaped parabolic reflector, provides high gain and exceptional pattern characteristics as well as low VSWR. The 4.5m antenna panels are made of stretch-formed aluminum sheet and riveted on the precise mould; such structure has the characteristics of higher accuracy and strong rigidity. The 4.5m dish reflector is supported by a galvanized steel fixed or motorizable pedestal that provides the required stiffness for pointing and tracking accuracy, and it can be installed on the ground or rooftop. High Precision Reflectors
Panels are the key components of antenna reflector. Each panel of 4.5m antenna is formed by riveting on the envelope riveting tire after panel skin and reinforcing back structure adopt stretch forming craft. The panel skin is rust-proof aluminum sheet with 2mm thickness. There are two vertical ribs and three circular ribs, whose material is rust-proof angle aluminum. Therefore, each panel after forming has high precision and rigidity
High-strength and Highly Rigid Antenna
According to panels segments, 4.5m antenna has 12 back structures in total. Each back structure and pull rod are made of round steel pipe. One end of back structure is connected with hub, and the other end is connected with panels. Among these, there are position pins to fix at the key connection positions of back structure, panels and hub. This design provides stable support structure for the antenna reflectors, which not only keeps the antenna surface accuracy but also improves the wind and seismic resistance of antenna.
High Anti-Corrosion Performance
All the exposed surface of antenna structure system is protected with coatings. After electrochemical oxidation, aluminum components will be coated with zinc chromate primer firstly, and then with finishing coat. Smaller steel components adopt galvanization treatment, while the bigger steel components adopt surface zinc spraying, and then do primer spraying, finishing coat. Because surface coating is not only for decoration, but also to improve the anti-corrosion ability of metal in harsh environment and prolong the lifetime of antenna. Therefore, once there’s breakage of coating, we should patch that with Acrylic acid polyurethane white semiflat finishing coat timely.
