Project introduction
One of regular clients ordered 2 sets of 3.0m VSAT antennas from Antesky in last October. They had installed antennas on their site according to our manual and remote instruction and antenna operates well. Here we shared some photos which they backed to us in this January.

Production process
- The antenna reflector is stretched and molded by aluminum sheet to ensure the high precision of the antenna reflector.
- Three test methods are used to ensure high-quality delivery of antennas: reflectoraccuracy test, assembly test, electrical performance test.
- Pre-treatment: antenna panel cleaning and degreasing; steel structure parts are zinc-blasted, sand-blasted or hot-dip galvanized.
- Surface treatment: Apply zinc yellow primer first, then white topcoat, double protection, improve antenna anti-corrosion ability.
