During the State Visit of Xi Jinping, President of The People’s Republic of China, Inmarsat is very hornored to be a part of this visit.
Inmarsat, the global leading satellite communication service provider, has been devoting their efforts in Chinese Maritime and aviation safety and disaster support for 35 three years because China is one of the 86 countries who has authorized its Maritime safety mission since Inmarsat established.
On Oct. 22nd, President Xi Jinping visited Inmarsat’s global headquarters in London and the network operating center to know about how Inmarsat realizes the ‘OBOR’ strategy through providing global mobile broadhand connection service.
Besides, Inmarsat has signed a MOU with CTTIC to build the strategy cooperation relationship to provide Inmarsat-5 Global Xpress(A revolutionary new service of Inmarsat) to China and ‘OBOR’. What’s more, Inmarsat gives the newest satellite model as a significative present to President Xi Jinping.
Also the CEO of Inmarsat, Rupert Pearce said “This visit is very good opportunity for us to show how we can provide commercial, technology and social welware for China, countries included in OBOR and Chinese enterprises in the world through developing and improving our business and humanism cooperation.”
