- Main reflector

On material select and design of 9m C and Ku dual band antenna, the design of antenna is based on the principle of the structure characteristic and convenient adjustment. Main reflector, selecting the anti-rust aluminum #5A05, is divided into 16 pcs. The main reflector adopts stretch-formed aluminum panels with high accuracy riveted with rings and ribs on the precise mould to ensure the antenna structure being simple, reliable and convenient for installation; so the whole accuracy can be less than ≤0.3mm, which can fully meet the requirements for receiving Ku-band frequency signal.
2. Sub-reflector
Sub-reflector adopts cast aluminum # ZL101 made of numerical control processing and surface accuracy can reach RMS≤0.05mm, which is installed on the sub-reflector support adjustment mechanism. The components of mechanism including adjustment screw, nut and spherical washer, fine adjust the position of the sub-reflector can ensure that the electrical performance obtain the best state.

The components of 9m C and Ku dual band antenna skeleton include antenna hub, back structure and brace rod. Antenna locates on the center of the skeleton, which is a welded cylinder made of high qualified steel plate 20#, and some steel ribs welded inside. It is not only the main load-bearing piece of the reflector, but also the parts connected with the pedestal and feed system. The flange provided on the upper part of the hub is used for installing the feed system. The inner cavity of the hub providing an available space is used for installing the feed system and RF outdoor unit. The lower flange of the hub is used for connecting with the pedestal and installing the rear cover. Close the cover after the electric equipment is installed to seal the cavity.
4. Kingpost

The material of kingpost is steel tube (φ900X8mm). Upper and lower axis is installed on up and down ends of the kingpost. The lower axis is connected with the foundation and the upper axis is connected with Kingpost support legs. The Az jackscrew connecting point and Az drive connecting point are provided on the lower part of kingpost bearing the weight and overturning moment.

For 9m C and Ku dual band antenna, the kingpost and reflector of antenna select high quality materials. The surface of Aluminum alloy adopts oxidation treatment and then primer painting and surface painting. the process of large steel parts are shown as following:first hot galvanizing, then priming paint and finally surface paint; because the coating is not only for decoration, but also for anti-rust under the natural environment and long service life of the antenna.
