Main reflector

Material select and design for 7.3m Dual Band Antenna,For C&KU dual bands antenna main reflector we design the antenna based on the principle of the structure characteristic and convenient adjustment. The main reflector is divided into 16 pcs, and select the anti-rust aluminum #5A05. The main reflector adopts stretch-formed aluminum panels with high accuracy riveted with rings and ribs on the precise mould, ensuring the antenna structure to be simple, reliable and convenient for installation; so the whole accuracy can be less than ≤0.3㎜, which can fully meet the requirements for receiving ku-band frequency signal.
Sub-reflector
Sub-reflector adopts cast aluminum # ZL101, which is made of numerical control processing, surface accuracy can get toσ≤0.05㎜, sub-reflector is installed on the sub-reflector support adjustment mechanism, the mechanism is made of adjustment screw, nut and spherical washer, fine adjust the position of the sub-reflector can ensure that the electrical performance obtain the best state.

7.3M antenna skeleton consists of the antenna hub, back structure and brace rod. Antenna locates on the center of the skeleton, which is a welded cylinder made of high qualified steel plate 20#, and some steel ribs are welded inside. It is not only the main load-bearing piece of the reflector, but also the parts which are connected with the pedestal and feed system. The flange provided on the upper part of the hub is used for installing the feed system. An available space provided in the inner cavity of the hub is used for installing the feed system and RF outdoor unit. The lower flange of the hub is used for connecting with the pedestal and installing the rear cover. Close the cover after the electric equipment is installed so as to seal the cavity.

The kingpost is made of steel tube (φ700X10mm).Upper and lower axis is installed on up and down ends of the kingpost. The lower axis is connected with the foundation and the upper axis is connected with Kingpost support legs. The Az jackscrew connection point and Az drive connection point are provided on the lower part of kingpost. The kingpost mainly bears the weight and overturning moment.

Material Select
Antenna kingpost and reflector select high quality materials. The surface of Aluminum alloy adopts oxidation treatment and then primer painting and surface painting.
