Project introduction:

In last month of April, We shipped 2 set of 4.5m earth station antenna systems to Kenya after testing and debugging in our factory. Also, they purchased 1 set of 6.2m large antenna dish in 2021.

4.5M VSAT earth station antenna Product Features

• High Precision Reflectors

Each panel of 4.5M VSAT Antenna is formed by riveting on the envelope riveting tire after panel skin and reinforcing back structure adopt stretch forming craft. The panel skin is rust-proof aluminum sheet with 2mm thickness. each panel after forming has high precision and rigidity, which assure the antenna in superior performance.

• High-strength and highly rigid back structure

12 back structures in total. Each back structure and pull rod are made of round steel pipe. Among these, there are position pins to fix at the key connection positions of back structure, panels and hub which provides stable support structure for the antenna reflectors, keeping the antenna surface accuracy but improves the wind and seismic resistance of antenna.

• High anti-corrosion performance

All the exposed surface is protected with coatings. Aluminum components is coated with zinc chromate primer firstly, and then with finishing coat. Smaller steel components adopt galvanization treatment, and bigger steel components adopt surface zinc spraying, and then do primer spraying, finishing coat. surface coating is not only for decoration, also to improve the anti-corrosion of metal in harsh environment and prolong the lifetime of antenna.

As you can see that this antenna components is packed and fixed in 8 wooden cases, which will prevent the shaking and damage during transportation.
